These terms apply to anyone who opens or uses a dlbazaar account where local law permits. Access and eligibility depend on your local jurisdiction. Creating an account constitutes your acceptance of the version of these terms published at that time.

We may update these terms and will notify you via your registered email or an in-app notice before changes take effect. Continued use of your account after the effective date of an update means you accept the revised terms.

If your account is suspended for a breach of these terms, pending deposits via UPI, Paytm, or PhonePe are held in escrow. Once the review is complete, cleared funds are returned to the originating payment method if the suspension is upheld.

Email our compliance desk with your account number, the date of the transaction or event in question, and a clear description of the issue. We acknowledge disputes within 48 hours and aim to resolve straightforward cases within ten working days.
